Lay Pastor (volunteer pastors) - a person who commits their life to the work of nurturing and shepherding a local congregation and other spiritually inclined people. A lay pastor typically do not receive remuneration (depending upon their particular situation). Many do receive a stipend salary from their local church. We praise God for these men that have taken on a great responsiblity in addition to their full time job. We recognize their leadership and sacrifice for God's church.
